The Carleton Place BIA represents small business in the downtown area. Everyone in and outside of Carleton Place is invited to participate in BIA community events such as Free Comic Book Day, Lambs Down Park Festival, Bridge Street Bazaar, the Maskeraid Halloween Parade and the Santa Claus Parade. All events require adult and student volunteers to make them the successes they are. The BIA is open to new partnerships - if you have a great event idea, contact us.
