Holiday Concerts by the Carleton Place Town Singers
The Carleton Place Town Singers look forward to sharing another season of beautiful choral music with you — our community! From Christmas favourites to rich choral arrangements, you will leave with your spirits lifted and your soul singing…
Our holiday concert, entitled “The Heart of Christmas” offers a matinée on Sunday, December 14 at 2:30pm, as well as our regular evening performance at 7pm on Tuesday, December 16. Both shows take place at Zion-Memorial Church in Carleton Place. As always, children 12 and under have free admission, and our ticket price remains a bargain at $15. Tickets are available at TicketsPlease.ca.
Give yourself a gift — come and join us. We guarantee your Christmas spirits will be lifted!
About the Choir
The Carleton Place Town Singers are a vibrant community choir whose members share a love of singing. Our repertoire ranges from traditional to contemporary pieces, all sung in four-part harmony. We round out our sound with the addition of percussion, cello, and flute accompaniment. Under the direction of Laurel Tye and accompanied by Ian Guenette on piano, we aim for excellence while sharing lots of laughter and stories.
New members are always welcome!
Our next startup will be on Tuesday, January 13, with weekly practices until the concerts on May 24 and 26, 2026. Find more information at cptownsingers.ca.
