with Dr. Mark Wilkinson — mastering the science of how we learn, retain and apply information at any age

How is it that your best teachers made learning so easy, and how can you use those skills for yourself, your students or your own children?

In this fascinating three-week course Mark Wilkinson, an extraordinary teacher himself, will share with you the skills to facilitate learning, covering such topics as:

  • The Learning Paradox – why hard work fails. Explore why learning can feel so easy one day and so incredibly difficult the next. We will break down the common frustrations of studying for hours without getting anywhere.
  • The Two Sides of the Coin – teaching vs. learning. Discover the hidden mechanics of the classroom. How do we separate the act of delivering information from the act of absorbing it?
  • Busting Myths & Exploring Adult Realities. We separate internet trends from real science. You will discover how your age and your past impact the way your brain handles new data today.
  • The Toolkit – how to retain and apply anything. Turn your new insights into action. This final module gives you practical, science-backed tools to study smarter and remember information longer.
