Studio Theatre Perth presents When Sparks Fly, an evening of one-act plays in which the past turns up with terrible timing.
In Guy Newsham’s comedy Reception, presented by Theatre Night in Merrickville and directed by Barry Patrick, newlywed Tilly begins married life surrounded by her divorced parents and their new partners. In Smoke & Mirrors, written by Perth resident and retired firefighter John Kenny and directed by Jane Stott, a retired firefighter in hospital is visited by episodes from his past.
Performances October 29 and 30 at 7:30pm, and October 31 and November 1 at 2pm. Tickets at TicketsPlease.ca or at the door.
