Since launching in April of 2026, the Perth Dinner & Concert Series has had a highly successful summer. Founders Linda Grenier and Carol Anne Deneka are proud to bring the final four local singer-songwriters to the Perth Pizzeria & Restaurant in October and November to showcase their original music. And stay tuned for information on the line-up for the 2027 season!

The Perth Dinner & Concert Series is a perfect partnership between outstanding local artists, the Perth Pizzeria & Restaurant, and Blue Skies in the Community. It features the very best local talent, the perfect host venue, and is supported and enjoyed by lovers of original music. It’s not a bar atmosphere; rather, you are invited to come and listen to the rich musical storytelling and reflections set into memorable songs.

On October 10, Mississippi Mills singer-songwriter Matt Moodie will take the stage. Driven by a fascination of the esoteric, the mysteries of life and death and everything in the middle, Matt crafts music that explores the lonely beauty between light and dark. Matt released his début EP Between Bloom and Bone this past April.

The October 24 concert features umberlune. With nuanced guitar, knock-your-socks-off vocals and whistling solos, the stories she sings are vivid, lyrical vignettes that go deep and then stick around for a while. At times dark or melancholy, often whimsical, and always honest, these songs are undeniably relatable. You’ll catch yourself singing them days later!

Next up is up-and-coming Canadian musician Jillian Allinson on November 14. Whether singing about feelings or facts, Jillian will surprise and inspire you with her compositions. Accompanying herself on guitar and keys, Jillian exudes freedom, on stage and in life. Her performances are open musical expressions, letting humanness flow.

Ali McCormick closes out the 2026 season on November 28. Ali is a wilderness wordsmith from the Lanark Highlands of Ontario whose songs spin everyday conversation into poetic portraits of rural life — raw, rhythmic, and deeply authentic. Blending folk storytelling with hints of hip-hop and jazz phrasing, McCormick crafts a sound that’s both grounded and adventurous. Raised off-grid in Watson’s Corners, “The Lioness of Lanark” brings a fearless independence and deep connection to nature that pulse through every performance.
