Grief and Bereavement Support Group

Home Hospice North Lanark is offering a new seven-week Grief and Bereavement Support Group for individuals coping with the loss of a loved one. The group provides a safe, compassionate and confidential space to share experiences, learn healthy coping strategies, and connect with others who understand.

Wednesdays from October 7 to November 18, 1–3pm. The building is accessible, with plenty of parking. Participation is limited to 10 people and the group is closed after it begins, so registration is required. To register, contact Home Hospice North Lanark at 406-7020 or emily@hhnl.ca.
