The Program's mission is to bring people together to repair the harm from conflict and crime and to promote community leadership in the use of restorative practices. Volunteer facilitators conduct restorative justice forums, where people directly affected meet to discuss an incident and decide how to make things right. Volunteers receive training, resources and support.

Sing for Change!
Sat, 01 Nov 2025 - Sat, 01 Nov
Time: 5:00PM
Cost: $20 at ticketsplease.ca
Local vocal groups are coming together to raise their voices for change. This community event will be a positive voice, bringing awareness to social justice.
The list of participating vocal groups includes: Rubies in the Rough, River Resonance, Tay Valley Community Choir, St. Paul’s Choir, St. James Choir, and High Octane. Each will bring their own unique style and energy to this choral extravaganza!
All these beautiful voices will come together to perform a powerful new anthem created by Dave Tilson and Linda Grenier just for this event. Come on out, enjoy the music, and maybe sing along to We Can Rise Above.
Funds raised will support Lanark County Community Justice, an organization that is celebrating 25 years of delivering restorative justice programs for youth and adults, parents and families, and educators. Community Justice provides and promotes the use of restorative practices, brings people together to repair the harm from conflict and crime, builds community, and strengthens relationships.
